As Property Manager, you take care of the preventive maintenance and repairs of the student residences in your region. In the process, you will keep the budget under control.
Job description:
- You coordinate the preventive maintenance and urgent repairs. You take the budget into account, try to optimise it if possible and deliver the corresponding administration
- You monitor the sustainability of the buildings and examine how this can be optimised
- You maintain a positive relationship with our contractors and service providers
- You take into account the Guest Services Team during the above; you coordinate your work with our tenants' check-ins and check-outs. If there are any problems or complaints regarding the property, you try to resolve them
Your profile:
- You communicate fluently in Dutch. English is a plus
- You have a Bachelor working and thinking level with a technical & analytical approach
- You know how to work solution-oriented, without losing the overview
- For this role, we expect you to like making progress, to be able to make sharp analyses from the data you collect and to integrate them. Furthermore, you have a convincing flair for selling your solutions and can use your expertise to give well-founded advice
