Job description:
- Verification and posting of financial documents in accordance with applicable regulations and procedures
- Issuing and recording sales documents
- Bank statement posting
- Handling of electronic banking - entering transfers.
- Ongoing and periodic verification and reconciliation of accounting account balances
- Reconciliation of VAT registers
- Collaborating with other departments to provide comprehensive accounting services
- Participation in the month and year-end closing process in accordance with the applicable schedule
- Supporting the process of report preparations
- Preparation of reports to the CSO (GUS) and NBP
Your profile:
- Knowledge of financial and accounting software: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central NAV
- Minimum secondary education - economics, finance, accounting
- Practical knowledge of tax and accounting law
- A minimum of 2-year experience in a similar position
- Attention to detail, punctuality, commitment
- Ability to work in a team
- Very good organization of work
- English language skills at at least intermediate level (both written and spoken)
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of German language
