Would you like to join the #xiorfamily as Reception Officer in our Roxi Residence in Antwerp?
Roxi is a hybrid hotel concept, which is part of Xior Student Housing. The first Roxi Residence opened its doors in 2019 in Zaventem (Brussels) and soon we will be opening a Roxi Residence in Antwerp.
The renovated Residence consists of studios equipped with a kitchen, TV, dining area and everything you need for a comfortable stay. These studios can be booked for both short- and long-term stays. The Roxi Residence is semi-automated, providing essential services with a personal touch.
For our Antwerp branch, we are looking for a Reception Officer.
Job description:
- You are the (first) face of our reception at the Antwerp Residence
- You take care of our customer service; assisting guests at the counter, by email, and over the phone
- You handle reservations, including the check-in and check-out process, and provide guests with the necessary keys and access cards.
- You support the administration office
- You monitor the building and coordinate between the different departments (cleaning, catering, maintenance & gardening)
- You apply the necessary protocols in case of emergencies
Your profile:
- Studies in relation to Hospitality Industry, Tourism, and Business Administration (formative degrees, diplomas …) will be positively valued
- You have a proven track record in front office or reception work, ideally in a hotel environment.
- You speak English, as well as Dutch and French (optional)
- You know how to work with MS Office
- Interest in and knowledge of customer service, social media, and new technologies
