Roxi is a new hybrid hotel concept, which is part of Xior Student Housing. The first Roxi Residence opened its doors in 2019 in Zaventem (Brussels).
The renovated Residence includes studios; equipped with a kitchen, a tv, dining area, etc. These studios can be booked for both a long- as well as a short-term stay.
The Roxi Residence operates semi-automated, with limited services but with a personal touch. For our Brussels branch, we are looking for an all-round employee/host.
Job description:
- You are the (first) face of our reception at the Brussels Residence
- You take care of our customer service; you help guests at the counter, by mail, and over the phone
- You manage reservations and therefore the check-in and check-out process. You provide our guests with the necessary keys and cards
- You support the administration office
- You monitor the building and take care of coordination between the different departments (cleaning, catering, maintenance & gardening)
- You apply the neccesary protocols in emergencies
Your profile:
- Studies in relation to Hospitality Industry, Tourism, and Business Administration (formative degrees, diplomas …) will be positively valued
- You speak English, as well as Dutch and French
- You know how to work with MS Office
- You have some interest and knowledge of costumer service, social networks and new technologies
