Do you want to contribute to this as Residence Manager in The Hague (32h)?
As Residence Manager, you are a first and important point of contact for the students in the residence.You play a central role in the contact with the tenants.
Job description:
- You make sure that our tenants feel at home at Xior
- You are the first point of contact for our (inter)national tenants
- You speak to the tenants and answer the questions they have (in person, mail and phone)
- You supervise the check in and check out of tenants and show them around the building
- You carry out minor maintenance work
- You initiate and supervise the more specific occasional and regular work in and around the building
- You liaise with your colleagues in the office on the progress of all common issues
Your profile:
- Good communication skills and proficient in the Dutch and English languages
- You are comfortable with modern communication tools
- You can work independently and are stress-resistant
- You think solution-focused and are proactive
- Some technical insight is welcome
- You are representative
- You live in (the immediate vicinity of) The Hague
- You are flexibly deployable
