Would you like to contribute to this as ESG Reporting Specialist at our head office in Antwerp?
As an ESG Reporting Specialist, you will support the ESG/HR Manager in the collection, analysis and reporting of non-financial (ESG) data, with a focus on social data. You will be the central point of contact for the implementation of the new European CSRD Directive and ensure Xior's compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with annual ESG reporting and audits.
- Document and validate reports with the auditor and ensure timely and accurate regulatory reporting.
- Implement the CSRD directive and prepare Xior for the new legislation.
- Contribute to target setting and creation of action plans to deliver on Double Materiality ESG-roadmap related to employees and corporate culture.
- Collaborate with offices to collect and consolidate sustainability data.
- Manage relevant data and KPIs, focusing on social aspects such as training hours, pay gap and gender ratio.
- Support teams in developing effective ESG and people strategies.
- Organize regular meetings and coordinate expectations with teams and stakeholders.
- Coordinate external consulting needs and reporting initiatives
- Staying abreast of regulatory changes and industry best practices.
Your profile:
- You have a degree in a relevant discipline such as environmental sciences, legal, human resources or economics.
- You have a good understanding of sustainability challenges in the real estate industry.
- You have 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
- You have strong project management skills and can independently analyze, summarize and report data.
- You are adept at processing, interpreting and structuring large data files.
- You have extensive knowledge of sustainability reporting (CSRD, EU taxonomy, climate risks, double materiality, TCFD, etc.).
- You have an excellent command of the English language, both oral and written, enabling you to communicate and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
