Job description:
- You manage a team of staff, suppliers, and contractors
- You ensure that the operational and technical aspects in your city run smoothly
- You assist the team with daily customer service
- You monitor the collection of rental fees
- You are responsible for the online and offline sales and marketing of your city
- You create lasting relationships with colleges, universities, and other partners, etc.
- You report weekly to the Regional Manager of Flanders
Your profile:
- You have a minimum of 3 years of working experience in hospitality- and/or administration
- You speak both Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus but not required!
- You know the basics of customer service
- You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Google Ads, Sharepoint, etc
- You know how to manage and lead a team
