Would you like to contribute to this as Residence Manager with concierge function in Brussels?
As Residence Manager, you are a first and important point of contact for the students living in your residence. You will become the person of choice to confide in the residents, parents, neighbours and educational institutions and create a real sense of community.
Job description:
- You are the first point of contact for students living in the residence, as well as local residents
- You will support students during their check-in and check-out. This includes handing over keys and house rules, as well as conducting a final check of the room on exit
- You are available in case of emergencies, as well as minor incidents with students outside office hours (9.00-17.00) and at weekends
- You carry out minor repairs yourself
- You document the building in a structured way. You keep all technical and other info in an orderly manner
Your profile:
- You have a hands-on mentality and can cope with a nice student gang
- You have excellent communication skills
- You communicate fluently in Dutch and French
- You are confident, responsible and able to analyse situations and act accordingly
- You cope well with emergency situations and have good reactivity
