We proudly opened the new Xior residence Zernikestraat in Eindhoven on 18 November. 🎉
With 240 independent rooms, numerous communal areas and a collective green courtyard, this new residence is quite an asset to the city. Eindhoven suffers from a shortage of student housing due to the large number of national and international students looking for a room here every year.
The residence is a stone's throw from several schools, including Fontys, Design Academy and Eindhoven University of Technology. With the latter, Xior concluded an agreement to take 150 of the 240 units (with a chance of expansion).
The opening was attended by students, building partners and staff from the various local educational institutions. The first tenant Paulo, was handed a symbolic key, after which those present could enjoy a tour of this unique building.
