On December 11, 2015 our IPO took place. This means that we celebrate our 9-year anniversary as a stock-listed company today!
Over these 9 years, Xior Student Housing became the market leader in student housing in Continental Europe. Today, we have a portfolio of 3.3 billion euros and around 21,000 students.
We've accomplished many things to be proud of in these past 9 years:

🌍 We entered interesting new markets and countries
💪 We welcomed a whole lot of wonderful new people into our Xior Family
