Are you ready to make a real impact in the world of student housing as a Finance & Administration Officer (24–40 hours)?
As a Finance & Administration Officer you contribute to the smooth running of our financial processes and serve as an important link between tenants, colleagues, and the finance department. You’ll enjoy flexible working hours and a varied set of responsibilities.
Your key responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact for tenant financial questions
- Process rental and deposit transactions
- Prepare and distribute financial and rental reports
- Manage accounts receivable (debtor management)
- Support a variety of administrative tasks
- Assist annually with the preparation and processing of service charge settlements
What you bring:
- A completed (financial) education or initial work experience in a similar role
- Strong skills in working with automated financial systems
- Accuracy and a strong affinity with numbers
- Solid working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- A proactive, hands-on attitude and the ability to work independently
- Willingness to occasionally travel to other locations to maintain team connections
- Fluent in Dutch and English
