Are you ready to make a difference in the world of student housing and support our finance department?
During your internship you’ll serve as the link between tenants, colleagues, and our finance team. It’s a great opportunity to gain your first hands-on experience in the world of finance. The internship offers a balanced mix of customer-focused work and administrative tasks.
With your contribution, you’ll directly enhance the student living experience.
Your key responsibilities:
Responding to tenants’ financial questions
Processing changes to rental payments and deposits
Preparing reports on rental income
Monitoring debtor management
Supporting various administrative tasks
What you bring:
You are currently pursuing an MBO/HBO degree in finance or a related field
You are comfortable working with computers
You have a sharp eye for detail and work accurately
You are independent, hands-on, and practical
You communicate well in both Dutch and English
