To recap this festive day, we proudly look back at a decade of growth that transformed Xior from a Belgian start-up into the market leader in student housing across continental Europe.
Over the past ten years, our portfolio has grown to 3.5 billion EUR, our footprint expanded to 8 countries, 42 cities, and we now operate around 22,000 student units. All thanks to the dedication of our teams and the trust of our students, partners and shareholders. 💐
