Join us in creating an amazing first living experience for more than 21,000 students
Xior is the largest owner and operator of student housing in continental Europe. Our mission is to provide as many students as possible with an amazing first living experience. We offer a second home to more than 21,000 students across Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Spain, Portugal, Denmark, and Sweden — a place where they can live, connect, study, and relax.
We aim to do more than simply provide accommodation for our students. We believe we play a fundamental role in supporting students on their journey toward independence, and our people play a crucial role in that mission.
