These spaces are all situated around a central square with room for catering, meetings and events.
Are you ready to make a difference as Maintenance/ Facility Coördinator at our Connect-U campus in Enschede?
As Maintenance / Facility Coordinator at Xior, you will contribute to an excellent and welcoming experience for our prospective, incoming and current tenants.
Together with the Event Coordinator, you will be one of the key faces of Connect-U from the front office. You will be available to answer questions, ensure administrative processes run smoothly and accurately, and contribute to the continued development of the Connect-U community.
This position is available for 36–40 hours per week.
Job description:
You are a key point of contact for our tenants and visitors
You answer questions relating to, for example, rental agreements, upcoming events, studios, office spaces and the building in general. Your responsibilities include:
You take ownership of the maintenance process at the location
You manage incoming work orders and assess whether you can resolve them yourself or whether an external contractor needs to be involved. You take ownership of all repair requests and ensure they are handled correctly from the moment they are received through to their final resolution.
You also have a keen eye for the overall condition and cleanliness of the property and do not hesitate to address issues when you notice them. You proactively identify maintenance needs and take responsibility for coordinating them from start to finish.
You actively contribute to the technical development of Connect-U as a city campus
Together with the Property Manager, you assess which technical systems, installations and facilities require repair, renovation or replacement in the longer term. Based on this, you help develop appropriate proposals and solutions.
You help ensure clear and effective safety procedures
You coordinate the appropriate emergency response (BHV) training for relevant colleagues and organise periodic emergency and fire evacuation drills.
