Xior Student Housing strikes double gold again! 🏅

We’re proud to have once again received the EPRA Gold status for both our financial reporting (BPR) and sustainability reporting (sBPR), awarded by the EPRA (European Public Real Estate Association) during the EPRA Conference in Milan this week.

Receiving and maintaining this Gold award year after year reflects our continued commitment to transparent, high-quality reporting and long-term value creation, and, above all, the work of many colleagues behind the scenes.
