Last year, we won Zaragoza Vivienda's public tender for the realisation and operation of a 'flagship' student residence with around 388 units. After 12 years, the old Pontoneros barracks can finally be renovated which will also revive the neighbourhood. On 6 September 2022, together with the municipality, we laid the first symbolic stone. Specifically, they buried a time capsule with coins, photos, maps, newspapers and tiles from the old building and archaeological remains. We are already very much looking forward to 2023-2024 because that is when the building will be completed! 🙌
