Join us in creating a vibrant community where students, young professionals, entrepreneurs and universities come together
Xior is the largest owner & operator of student accommodation in continental Europe. Our mission is to deliver a great first living experience to as many students as possible. We offer a second home to more than 21,000 students in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Spain, Portugal, Denmark and Sweden. A place where they can live, connect, study and relax.
We want to do more than just provide infrastructure for our students. We believe we play a fundamental role in students' journey to independence. In this, our people play a crucial role.
In addition to our student accommodation, we have launched a larger concept with Connect-U in Enschede. The former hospital has been completely transformed into a multifunctional accommodation; we house students and young professionals, offer educational space to colleges and universities, and have office space for all kinds of entrepreneurs. These spaces are all situated around a central square with room for catering, meetings and events.
