Do you want to contribute to this as a Residence Coordinator in Amsterdam?
As a Residence Coordinator at Xior Student Housing, you make a difference by providing excellent service to our potential, prospective and current tenants. You do this by assisting with check-ins and check-outs, being available to answer questions and ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly and correctly.
Job description:
- You are the first point of contact for our tenants;
You answer questions about their contract, rent allowance, service costs and questions about their studio and the building, for example. You also follow up on outstanding rent.
- You supervise the check-ins and check-out of tenants;
You ensure that rooms are left tidy and show new tenants around the building.
- You are responsible for the booking process from A to Z;
You are responsible for the booking process from A to Z. You keep the website with available properties up-to-date, answer questions from (potential) tenants, manage and follow up on bookings, prepare contracts, and send them out, etc.
- You actively build the community;
You organise welcome and community events on a regular basis. You research what the community expects from you and you align with the Residence Managers. You exchange experiences and best practices with your fellow Guest Service Coordinators.
- Last but not least, you embody the Xior values:
You are therefore the person who ensures that policies are followed and regularly visit a Xior location in your region to chat with tenants, gather feedback on what they are satisfied with, and identify areas for improvement.
Your profile:
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of working and thinking
- You have a passion for people and enjoy connecting with others
- You are enthusiastic, entrepreneurial and like to take initiative
- You communicate fluently in Dutch and English
- For this role, we expect you to enjoy making progress, to be able to analyse and integrate information quickly, to be able to convince and advise
