Would you like to contribute to this as a Commercial Advisor in our rental office in Brussels?
Job description:
- You are responsible for the rental of our student rooms in Brussels. This means you plan and hold viewings, draw up contracts and follow up the necessary payments involved, etc.
- You are a central point of contact for our students and answer questions, handle complaints, etc. at the office, by phone and by e-mail
- You follow up on repairs and minor renovations and provide the students with the necessary information about these
- You ensure that the House Rules are respected
- You prepare place descriptions
Your profile:
- You - preferably - had an education in Facility Management
- You have a commercial attitude and are therefore customer-friendly
- You can work in a team, but also independently
- You have the necessary knowledge of Excel (and Word)
- You are fluent in both Dutch, French and English
- You are stress resistant
