We’re looking for a Digital Performance Marketeer to join our team in Antwerp — someone who understands digital inside out, loves working with data, and wants to make a measurable impact across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll take ownership of digital performance across our BE, NL, and DE properties. That means SEO and SEA are your bread and butter – but you’re comfortable across the full digital mix and know how to turn data into decisions.
- Build, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns across multiple markets — from strategy to execution and optimisation
- Create the ad creative and copy yourself — from writing punchy headlines to creating the visuals — then test, learn, and iterate until the numbers move
- Drive our SEO: keyword research, on-page and basic technical optimisation, content planning & writing
- Manage and update our WordPress website for BE/NL/DE – keeping content fresh, localised, and search-friendly
- Run and optimise campaigns across paid social, display, and affiliate channels
- Dig into the data daily – Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, and more – and translate insights into action
- Identify early signs of declining occupancy in specific cities and quickly act with targeted campaigns
- Manage and monitor digital budgets and clearly communicate performance, insights, and recommendations
- Work on landing page improvements, UX tweaks, and conversion optimisation
- Stay plugged in to what’s new – from platform updates and new ad formats to AI tools that can make your work more efficient
Your Playground
You won’t be buried in spreadsheets all day (well — not just those). You’ll work hands-on with a strong, practical digital stack:
- Google Ads & Google Search Console – your daily playground for SEA and SEO performance
- Google Analytics 4 – for understanding what’s driving traffic, leads, and conversions
- WordPress – managing and optimising property pages across three markets
- Meta Ads Manager – for paid social campaigns when the brief calls for it
- SEO tooling (Ahrefs, or similar) – for keyword research and competitive analysis
- Looker Studio or similar – building dashboards and sharing performance insights with the team
- Project & collaboration tools – to stay in sync with colleagues in 8 different countries
We’re always open to improving our toolkit — if you’ve got something better in mind, we’re all ears.
- You have 4+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience – SEO, SEA, or both
- You’ve built and managed Google Ads campaigns yourself and can demonstrate results
- You know your way around WordPress and aren’t afraid of a CMS
- You’re data-driven and use insights to guide your decisions
- You can manage multiple campaigns across multiple markets with confidence
- You write strong ad copy and enjoy testing and improving it
- You’re fluent in Dutch and English; German is a bonus
- You bring strong project management skills, a hands-on mindset, and the initiative to actively work alongside local teams
- You like working with people – remotely and across disciplines

You’ll be part of an international marketing team across Antwerp, Copenhagen, and Lisbon, working closely with local teams and creative colleagues.
We work collaboratively, share insights, and focus on delivering results.
You’ll collaborate closely with digital marketing leadership, and your performance marketing peers, within a setup that continues to evolve as the organisation grows and teams further align. Expect regular check-ins, knowledge sharing, and close cooperation with local markets.
