Job description: 

  • You'll prepare and assist in the yearly environmental reporting according to the existing as well as upcoming EU directives, and voluntary reporting standards
  • You are responsible for the daily utility monitoring of the entire Xior portfolio
  • You detect anomalies, both actively as through alerts, and follow up on the problem solving
  • You perform site audits, map and document existing installations
  • You actively search for both quick wins in energy efficiency as well as major renovations to improve the CO2 footprint of the Xior portfolio
  • You assist with ongoing portfolio enhancement projects such as heat pump implementations, solar installations and water consumption reduction projects
  • You stay on track with both current and near-future technologies and present possible implementations in Xior’s portfolio
  • You focus on needs of both internal as external stakeholders

Your profile:

  • You have an Engineering degree or equivalent by experience
  • You have 2-5 years of relevant experience in the field of energy and/or sustainability
  • You can quickly analyse complex problems and provide solutions, keeping the interest of all stakeholders in mind
  • You have a strong interest in the world of complex reporting standards, understanding the data and the data quality you deliver is vital
  • You can take responsibility and work accurately
  • You are fluent in Dutch and have a strong knowledge of English
  • You work easily with Excel and monitoring tools of all kind are absorbed fluently
