Are you ready to make a difference in the world of student accommodation as Property Manager region Brabant?
As Property Manager, you play a key role in maintaining and improving our student residences. You keep the overview, make sure everything runs smoothly and optimise where possible.
What will you do?
In your role as Property Manager:
- You will coordinate maintenance and repairs: You arrange both preventive and urgent repairs. You keep costs under control and try to optimise as much as possible.
- Working with contractors and service providers: You build and maintain strong relationships so that everything is arranged smoothly.
- You think sustainably: You monitor the sustainability of our buildings and continuously look for improvements.
- Make sure tenants are happy: By working together with the Guest Services Team, you coordinate work on check-ins and check-outs. Problems and complaints? You find the solution! Once every few months, you are available for a week as a point of contact for urgent technical problems. This way, you contribute to an optimal living experience for our tenants and a smoothly running organisation!
Your profile:
- You communicate fluently in Dutch and English
- You have a Bachelor working and thinking level with a technical & analytical approach
- You know how to work solution-oriented, without losing the overview
- In this role, we expect you to like making progress, to be able to make sharp analyses from the data you collect and integrate them.
- With your flair and expertise, you know how to convincingly present solutions and substantiate advice.
