Do you want to contribute to this as a Region Coordinator?
As Regional Coordinator, you are the driving force behind operational success within your region. You are responsible for the occupancy rate, maintaining strong relationships with our tenants and suppliers, managing our properties efficiently and motivating your team. You combine process optimisation with team management and work closely with various departments in the Netherlands and Belgium. You have the freedom to decide how to approach your work, always with the aim of helping both our tenants and our company move forward.
Your responsibilities.
- Optimise rental income: You are responsible for optimising rental income and making rent calculations.
- Satisfied tenants: You ensure that our tenants have the best possible living experience.
- Property management: You ensure the maintenance of the properties with an eye on cost control, quality and continuity. You provide input for maintenance and repair budgets, and are involved in multi-year maintenance plans.
- Team management: You motivate the team (6-8) and contribute to career development within the team. You encourage a positive team spirit and cooperation between colleagues inside and outside the region.
- Maintaining relationships: You maintain and evaluate external relationships (educational institutions, suppliers). In addition, you work together with other departments within the organisation, such as: Finance, Marketing, Legal, Investor Relations and HR.
- Operational efficiency: You provide support in drawing up and implementing business plans and you contribute to a streamlined way of working across the region, from administrative tasks to practical implementation. You will analyse processes and suggest improvements to achieve objectives.
Your profile:
- You communicate fluently in Dutch and English.
- Minimum 3 years' work experience.
- You can easily move around the Randstad region (NL)
- Focused on solutions, proactive and able to work independently.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in property management and/or hospitality is a plus.
