Would you like to contribute to this as Residence Manager in Amsterdam?
As a Residence Manager, you are the first and important point of contact for the students living in your residence. You'll be the person of choice to trust for residents, parents, neighbours and educational institutions and create a real sense of community. this position is open for 32-40 hours a week.
Job description:
- You will ensure that our tenants feel at home at Xior
- You are the first point of contact for our (inter)national tenants
- You speak to the tenants and answer any questions they have (in person, mail and phone)
- You supervise the check-in and check-out of tenants and show them around the building
- You carry out minor maintenance work
- You initiate and supervise more specific occasional and regular work in and around the building
- You liaise with your colleagues in the office on the progress of all common issues
Your profile:
- You have a hands-on mentality and can cope with a great bunch of students
- You are self-confident and able to analyse situations and act accordingly
- You are flexible and dynamic, but also possess the necessary maturity
- You communicate fluently in Dutch and English
- You have a drivers licence
- You work easily with the MS Office package
