Do you want to contribute to this as Residence Manager in Leeuwarden?
As Residence Manager you are a first and important point of contact for the students. You will be the person of confidence for the residents, parents, neighbors and educational institutions and ensure a real sense of community.
Job Description:
- You ensure that our tenants feel at home at Xior
- You are the first point of contact for our (inter)national tenants
- You speak to the tenants and answer the questions they have (in person, mail and phone)
- You guide the check in and check out of tenants and show them around the building
- You carry out minor maintenance work
- You liaise with your colleagues at the office in Groningen about the progress of all occurring matters
- You are responsible for several properties in Leeuwarden.
Your profile:
- You have a hands-on mentality and can cope with a nice student bunch
- You are able to analyze situations and act accordingly
- You communicate fluently in Dutch and English
- You are comfortable with computer programs
- You live in the area of Leeuwarden
- You can work independently and are stress resistant
- Some technical insight is welcome
- You are representative
