Do you want to contribute to this as Residence Manager in Wageningen?

As Residence Manager, you will be a first and important point of contact for students. You will become the person of choice for residents, parents, neighbours and educational institutions and ensure a real sense of community.

Job description:

  • You will ensure that our tenants feel at home at Xior 
  • You are the first point of contact for our (inter)national tenants
  • You speak to the tenants and answer any questions they have (in person, mail and phone)
  • You supervise the check-in and check-out of tenants and show them around the building
  • You carry out minor maintenance work
  • You liaise with your colleagues at the office in Eindhoven on the progress of all common issues
  • You are responsible for several properties in Wageningen.

Your profile:

  • You have a hands-on mentality and can handle a fun student bunch
  • You are able to analyse situations and act accordingly
  • You communicate fluently in Dutch and English
  • You are fluent with computer programmes
  • You live in the Wageningen area
  • You can work independently and are stress-resistant
  • Some technical insight is welcome 
  • You are representative
