Do you want to contribute to this as Residence Manager in Wageningen?
As Residence Manager, you will be a first and important point of contact for students. You will become the person of choice for residents, parents, neighbours and educational institutions and ensure a real sense of community.
Job description:
- You will ensure that our tenants feel at home at Xior
- You are the first point of contact for our (inter)national tenants
- You speak to the tenants and answer any questions they have (in person, mail and phone)
- You supervise the check-in and check-out of tenants and show them around the building
- You carry out minor maintenance work
- You liaise with your colleagues at the office in Eindhoven on the progress of all common issues
- You are responsible for several properties in Wageningen.
Your profile:
- You have a hands-on mentality and can handle a fun student bunch
- You are able to analyse situations and act accordingly
- You communicate fluently in Dutch and English
- You are fluent with computer programmes
- You live in the Wageningen area
- You can work independently and are stress-resistant
- Some technical insight is welcome
- You are representative
