On 3 October 2022, the construction works on the reconversion of Boschdijk Veste in Eindhoven have started. This former office building will be transformed into a modern student residence with 240 rooms and a shared green courtyard.🌳
The reconversion also has an eye for sustainability: the building will be heated completely without gas thanks to the installation of heat pumps, PV cells will be installed, the insulation will be completely renewed, and the outdoor area will be completely greened.
Completion is scheduled for 2023.
