Our Brinktoren project in Amsterdam has received the ‘Sociale Kwaliteit in Hoogbouw’ (Social quality in high-rise buildings) award from Stichting Hoogbouw, recognising the project’s strong focus on social connection and community in high-rise living.
Brinktoren will soon add 266 new Xior student rooms in Amsterdam. Beyond providing new student accommodation, the building has been designed to bring people together. Shared meeting spaces throughout the tower and an active ground floor help connect residents with each other and with the surrounding neighbourhood.
This approach closely reflects Xior’s vision of student housing: creating places where students can feel at home, connect with others and become part of the wider community.
We congratulate all partners involved in bringing Brinktoren to life and thank Stichting Hoogbouw for this recognition. We look forward to welcoming our first residents soon!
