🌍 Country Days 2026: Bringing colleagues together across Xior
Over the past months, colleagues in each of our markets came together for their annual Country Days.
While each country had its own local touch, the goal was the same everywhere: sharing insights, reflecting on the year so far, discussing what's ahead, and most importantly, spending time together as a team.
These moments play an important role in strengthening our culture, encouraging collaboration across cities and departments, and reminding us what it means to be part of the Xior Family.
