We are excited to announce that we have started laying the foundations for our flagship residence in Warsaw! 🏗️
Last week, all teams from Xior Student Housing, Solida Capital, Skanska, the consultants, the lead architects and Supervision gathered on site for a symbolic ceremony.
We laid down a time capsule on the foundations of Building C, with a short text for future generations!
Everything is on track to welcome students in September 2025. 💪
