We’re thrilled to announce that our brand-new residence Felix, located at Groenenborgerlaan 149 in Antwerp, is almost finished! Everything is on track and construction is running smoothly. We are currently redeveloping 4 existing buildings and adding 2 new properties to create a top-notch new student residence. 🏡
This residence will contain approximately 200 rooms and is surrounded by a green oasis. We will also add several solar panels to the roofs to increase our sustainability and efficiency.
The new site is close to 2 campuses of the University of Antwerp, located only 5 minutes from Groenenborger Campus and 20 minutes from Middelheim Campus.
We’re excited to finish the construction in September and can’t wait to welcome students to our new residence! 🍀
