Xior Student Housing is proud to announce the official closing of Xior Wenedów in Warsaw, Poland! 🥂
We celebrated this on 10 September with an opening event, attended by various local partners and press, nearby universities, and of course our Xior team. After the speeches, attendees had the opportunity to discover the brand-new residence during a guided tour.
Xior Wenedów can accommodate 404 students and offers a variety of room types. Thanks to our BaseBuddies (student ambassadors), we are building a close-knit community together. The numerous communal areas – from study rooms and lounges to a gym, shared kitchens and even a cinema room – make this the ideal place for students to study, relax and meet each other.
And this opening is not just any opening: Xior Wenedów is the first residence in Poland to be fully developed and commercialised under the Xior brand from the start. This is an important step for our presence in the Polish market, and we are continuing to build on our ambition to be the top choice for national and international students looking for quality accommodation.
