We are excited to announce that the first part of our new website and booking platform, Yardi, is finally live! The site is now available for our 2 properties in The Netherlands, namely Bonnefanten (Maastricht) and Zernike (Groningen).
The website has a fresh design, and updated features.
This new platform features a student login, which allows residents to receive helpful information about bookings and payments. They are also able to request repair and maintenance online and they can communicate with our teams at Xior. We’ve also added an app, which puts students in direct contact with residence managers.
Other features include detailed information and photos of the residences, a smooth online booking system and user-friendly navigation. We’ve also added an integrated finance and reporting system for streamlined transactions and real-time updates.
We're still actively working behind the scenes, but we are already very happy with the launch of this new website and booking platform!
