The platform introduces a significantly simplified booking process, with availability clarity and redesigned property pages that give students — and their parents — a genuine, detailed sense of what life in a Xior or Basecamp by Xior residence looks and feels like. Friction in the path to booking has been deliberately reduced at every stage, reflecting Xior’s understanding that a better digital experience directly supports occupancy outcomes across the portfolio.
