We're proud to share that we have once again been honoured with an award!🥇✨
Our PBSA Project in Warsaw - a partnership with Solida Capital - received the Future Project Award of the CEE Investment Awards.🤝
This Project, located within the Old Town area of the capital ánd situated right next to the Warsaw University Campus and multiple other educational institutions, will consist of more than 500 student rooms (each with their own bathroom) and units for young professionals. The Residence will include several common areas and facilities and is surrounded by greenery, making the perfect match between real estate and nature.
In addition, the project also includes the necessary retail space. Expected completion is in 2025.🏗👷♂️
