We are very proud to announce we are the winner of the "Middenhuur Award 2023". This award focuses on affordable housing projects for the middle income earners in the Netherlands. Dutch Minister De Jong announced the three finalists at the Provada real estate event in Amsterdam. 🏆
We have won the award with our "Brinktoren" project in Amsterdam, an exceptionally sustainable building (with an EPC score below 0) focused on social and medium priced housing.
The building plan will help solve the acute shortage of quality and affordable housing for young professionals, starters, young couples, (international) students and researchers in Amsterdam, among others.
We are very proud to have won this award together with our partners!
