Will you help students feel at home from day one in Ghent?

Are you commercially minded, passionate about customer service, and energized by a varied role? Then you could be the Commercial Advisor we're looking for to join our leasing office in Ghent.

As a Commercial Advisor, you'll be the face of Xior for current and prospective students. You'll guide them from their very first viewing through to moving in, ensuring they can count on you throughout their stay.

Your challenge

No two days are the same. You'll combine commercial, administrative, and operational responsibilities to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Your responsibilities include:

• Planning and conducting viewings of our student rooms.
• Preparing rental agreements and following up on the related administrative and financial processes.
• Advising and supporting current and prospective students via email, phone, and at the front desk.
• Coordinating repairs and minor renovation works while keeping students informed.
• Ensuring compliance with the house rules.
• Carrying out move-out inspections.

Who are you?

You're an enthusiastic team player with a commercial mindset and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

In addition, you have:

• A bachelor's degree in Facility Management or an equivalent qualification, preferably.
• A customer-oriented and commercial mindset.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Fluency in Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
• The ability to remain organised and perform well under pressure, even during busy periods.
