As Guest Services Coordinator at Xior Student Housing, you make the difference by offering excellent service to our potential as well as current tenants. You do this by being accessible, making sure the administrative processes run correctly and smoothly, and by building a student community.
Job description:
- You are responsible for the booking process from A to Z;
You ensure that the website with the offer of accommodations is kept up to date, you answer questions from (potential) tenants, you are responsible for the management and further follow-up of bookings, you conclude contracts - generate them and send them out, etc.
- You are the main contact for our tenants;
You answer questions about their contract, rent allowance, service costs or questions about their studio and the building, for example. You also monitor rent arrears in cooperation with the Residence Manager.
- You actively help build the community. You therefore organise welcome and community events on a regular basis. You explore what the community expects from you and you always coordinate with the Residence Managers. You exchange experiences and best practices with your fellow Guest Service Coordinators.
- Last but not least, you embody the Xior values;
Family is in your genes. You are therefore the person who ensures that policies are followed. YYou regularly visit Xior locations in your region to have a chat with the tenants and take notes on what tenants are happy with and what could be improved.
Your profile:
- You have a Bachelor working and thinking level
- You have a passion for people and you like to connect
- You are enthusiastic, entrepreneurial and like to take initiative
- You communicate fluently in Dutch and English, both internally and with external parties
- For this role, we expect you to enjoy making progress, to be able to analyse and integrate information quickly, to be able to convince and advise
