In addition to our student accommodation, we have launched a larger concept with Connect-U in Enschede. The former hospital has been completely transformed into a multifunctional accommodation; we house students and young professionals, offer educational space to colleges and universities, and have office space for all kinds of entrepreneurs. These spaces are all situated around a central square with room for catering, meetings, and events.
Would you like to contribute to this as a Residence Manager in Enschede?
As a Residence Manager, you are the first and most important point of contact for the students. You become the trusted confidant for residents, parents and educational institutions and create a real sense of community.
Job description:
- You ensure that our tenants feel at home at Xior.
- You are the first point of contact for our national and international tenants. You assist tenants and answer any questions they may have (in person, by email or by telephone).
- You will supervise tenant check-ins and check-outs and familiarise them with the property and its surroundings.
- You will maintain contact with your colleagues in Enschede and Groningen regarding the progress of all matters that arise.
- You will be responsible for minor maintenance and repairs in and around the property. These may be small maintenance tasks and repairs in and around the property. They may be technical in nature, e.g. replacing lighting, repairing a hob, and keeping the property tidy and clean.
- You will actively contribute to the Xior community.
- You will help organise events for our students to ensure that the community can fully express itself.
Jouw profiel:
- You have a hands-on mentality and can handle a fun group of students.
- You are able to analyse situations and act appropriately.
- You communicate fluently in Dutch and English.
- You are proficient with computer programmes.
- You live in the Enschede area.
- You can work independently and are stress-resistant.
- You are presentable.
