About the Community Coordinator role

As Community Coordinator, you will play a key role in creating a world-class experience for our residents. You will lead the development of our student community and supervise our on-site Basebuddy team. The role offers a high degree of autonomy, while also working closely with the team at Basecamp by Xior Copenhagen South to achieve financial and operational goals.

Working hours are primarily Monday–Friday during daytime, but can vary in connection with events. It’s therefore important that you are flexible and able to adapt to agreed time frames, which are coordinated internally within the team in advance.

Job description:

• Develop creative and inclusive community activities and events for our residents.
• Recruit, hire, train and supervise our on-site Basebuddies.
• Conduct tours, handle enquiries and manage bookings for our student residences.
• Produce internal marketing and resident communications.
• Assist with the daily operations of the property in close collaboration with your on-site manager.
• Provide strong support and be exceptionally helpful to our students.
• Ensure the property—especially shared kitchens—is always neat and tidy.
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, and prepare rooms for new residents.
• Act as an ambassador—you’ll be the face of the property and proudly represent our brand.

Your profile:

You are energetic and positive, with plenty of drive. You take a team-oriented approach and happily lend a hand. You have a natural service mindset and know how to deliver an excellent experience. You have an innate talent for sales and storytelling, which gives you a confident presence.

• Calm and well-structured—meet deadlines reliably
• Fluent in English and Danish, spoken and written
• Hands-on—no task is too big or too small
