Gezien het internationale karakter van deze functie wordt onderstaande vacature in het Engels omschreven.

Do you feel incredibly proud when there are zero available units on your rental platform? Are you highly motivated to follow up on every single lead that comes in? Then you might be the key person we are looking for to join our team in Lyngby!

Basecamp by Xior Lyngby is part of Xior’s property portfolio. Xior is one of Europe’s leading providers of private student accommodation. In addition to our student residences, the property also includes 147 modern rental apartments, which are rented out on standard market terms. These rental apartments will be your primary area of responsibility.

Our 147 rental apartments are high-quality and in high demand. We are therefore looking for a commercially minded profile who is passionate about achieving results through strong customer relationships, professional advice and effective follow-up. For us, renting is not about waiting for the next enquiry – it is about actively following up on leads, converting them into tenants and ensuring that every available unit is rented out quickly and professionally.

About the role

As Rental & Property Manager, you will be responsible for the rental of our 147 apartments. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a high occupancy rate through fast lead follow-up and a proactive sales approach.

You will manage the entire rental process – from creating property listings and handling leads to conducting viewings, preparing rental agreements and managing move-ins. You have a good knowledge of Danish tenancy law and ensure that the rental process is handled professionally and in compliance with applicable regulations.

In addition, you will contribute to the day-to-day operation of the property and work closely with residents, suppliers and colleagues to ensure that the property runs smoothly.

Your working hours will generally be Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 17:00, but may vary depending on scheduled viewings. Viewings will generally take place on Sundays, although this will naturally depend on the number of available units. Scheduling will be planned closely with the team to ensure flexibility and a good work-life balance.

This is a part-time position of 30 hours per week.

Who are we looking for?

You have a natural service mindset and are motivated by sales and achieving full occupancy. You have a flair for sales and communication and enjoy being proactive and visible. You are a team player who is happy to lend a hand wherever needed.
