About the marketing team:

You will be part of a dynamic and international marketing team committed to pushing boundaries and creating impactful experiences for our audience. Our team thrives on creativity, innovation, and collaboration to deliver compelling digital solutions. We are seeking a talented and experienced digital marketeer, who can secure full occupancy across our properties, while securing an excellent online customer experience. The position will be based in Copenhagen, Denmark reporting to the Heads of Marketing, while you will be closely working with marketeers from Antwerp and Lisbon, and some travel will be required.

Your role: 

As a digital marketing expert, you are responsible for developing and executing digital media strategies, including SEA, SEO, lead generation via social media, affiliate marketing, and branding.

• You coordinate and ensure the lead generation journey, implement and manage web traffic, and oversee collaborations with stakeholders
• You will secure the customer experience on website incl. content maintenance and development opportunities (with agency)
• Your tasks also include managing the budget across all online channels, monitoring and tracking online performance using various tools
• Your main focus will be our properties in Denmark, Sweden, Poland and Germany
• Additionally, you take the lead in coordinating and implementing digital initiatives from the headquarters
• You have a keen eye for digital trends and enjoy bringing new developments to the attention of your colleague

Your profile: 

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field
• Proven experience, min. 3-5 years, in running digital performance marketing
• Being analytical is in your DNA. You gain energy from evaluating how campaigns have performed effectively, and can help identify occupancy challenges before it happens
• As a specialist, you have insight into business models and easily spot digital opportunities that arise
• You easily maintain an overview due to your organizational nature. Additionally, you retain a certain flexibility and take the necessary initiative with your hands-on mentality
• You’re not afraid of content creation and can trial and error your way to the best performing ads
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Fluent in Danish or Swedish and excellent in English, knowledge of Polish or German is an advantage
