  • Daily operations & administration: Respond to queries, complaints & emergencies. Handle move-in/out procedures, booking & occupancy systems.

Your profile:

  • You are a proactive, solution-oriented leader who maintains an overview even when managing multiple priorities. You take initiative, adapt quickly to changing directions, and bring people along with you. You communicate clearly, follow through on commitments, and make decisions with the company’s overall interests in mind.

Additionally, we imagine you may have:

  • Experience in property operations, facility management, hospitality, or a similar operational role.

  • Financial understanding, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimisation.
  • The ability to work independently and take ownership, while proactively keeping colleagues across various locations informed.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • A structured, flexible, and positive approach to problem-solving.

Experience with technical building systems, additional language skills, and managing high-volume guest/resident arrivals is an advantage, but not a requirement.

What we offer:

  • Strong focus on employee wellbeing and professional development.
  • Fun & supportive colleagues and social events, including workshops and summer and Christmas parties.
  • Pension scheme with excellent health insurance.
  • Lunch arrangement & free coffee.
