About the role

As a Project Administrator, you will play a central and hands‑on role in the daily operations of our 147 rental units and assist in coordinating our 639 student residences. You will be responsible for ensuring that the rental apartments are always fully occupied — from following up on leads and conducting apartment viewings to signing lease agreements. You will serve as the link between residents, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring that the property is well‑maintained, operations run smoothly, and that our residents enjoy a first‑class living experience.

Working hours are generally Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00, but they may vary depending on scheduled viewings. Planning is done in close cooperation with the team to ensure flexibility and a positive daily work environment for everyone.

Responsibilities:

Rental & showing rental units

  • Coordinate the entire rental process from initial enquiry to move-out.
  • Plan and conduct property viewings / open house events.
  • Communicate with potential tenants and manage incoming applications.
  • Prepare and administer rental contracts.
  • Monitor the housing market and competitor pricing.

Finance & budget

  • Prepare and follow up on operational and maintenance budgets.
  • Administer rent invoicing and ensure timely payments.
  • Maintain financial oversight of the property and identify opportunities for optimisation.
  • Collaborate with the accounting department/auditor on financial reporting.

Operations & administration

  • Coordinate the daily operations of the rental units.
  • Handle communication with suppliers, contractors, and the cleaning team.
  • Plan and follow up on inspections, repairs, and service requests.
  • Conduct move‑in and move‑out inspections and manage handover reports.
  • Support budgeting, reporting, and invoice management.
  • Ensure that the properties remain well‑maintained and fully operational.
  • Provide support to the student housing operations during peak periods.

Legislation & compliance

  • Solid knowledge of tenancy law and relevant legislation.
  • Prepare and maintain lease agreements and resident documentation.
  • Ensure correct notifications, adjustments, and all required documentation.
  • Provide advice and consultation to management on tenancy‑related matters.
  • Handle disputes and coordinate communication with authorities when needed.

  • Strong communication skills in Danish and English – both written and spoken.
  • A strong sales‑ and customer‑oriented mindset.

Additional Information

This is a full‑time position, and we are looking to fill the role as soon as possible – ideally with a start date no later than May 2026.
