You’ll be challenged both technically and communicatively through daily contact with residents from many nationalities.
The workweek includes both routine daily tasks and sudden, unforeseen issues. You should therefore be comfortable switching between technically demanding tasks and, for example, picking up litter on the sidewalk. Basecamp by Xior also has fixed supplier agreements that cover, among other things, cleaning, winter services, etc.
Job description:
Registering and following up on tasks received via email, phone, and Dalux FM
Supervision of technical installations, including ensuring high operational reliability
Minor repair tasks arising in general building operations
Communication with, and coordination of, external contractors
Rounds and ensuring cleanliness indoors and outdoors
Ongoing checks of fire safety in accordance with DKV plans
Assisting with move-in and move-out inspections
Minor driving/transport tasks
Ad hoc administrative tasks
Your profile:
Trained in a trade or as a property technician
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken
Stable and responsible – takes ownership
Helpful and positive with an open and friendly attitude
Adaptable
Driver’s license
An advantage, but not a requirement
Familiarity with fire safety systems such as ABA, AVA, AVS, ABDL
Familiarity with CTS (Building Management Systems)
Experience with Dalux FM

The position is 20–25 hours per week and will generally be scheduled between 9:00 and 17:00. This is flexible and can be agreed upon.
